The service is professional and very helpful, especially for travelers in need of housekeeping support. The location is not ideal due to it being a fair walk from South Beach entertainment areas and beaches, but it is within walking distance with some good dining options nearby. The dining experience offers options for prepping small meals or breakfast, but the lack of a restaurant on-site can be a drawback. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money.
I was pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped room, complete with a small kitchen featuring a dishwasher and washing machine with a dryer right outside the bedroom. Despite the beautiful modern design and modern facilities, the 'skyline' suite ended up with a view of another building, bustling with homeless people outside.
